Just for now gives me permission to not spend an inordinate amount of time making it (whatever it is) perfect. It give me a space to come back to something later if it truly isn't good enough. It reminds me that conditions will often change and that whatever the thing is, is plenty good enough... ...just for now. A Thought to Touch You*We spend thousands learning how to break down copy, work a mic, edit audio, and producing demos. Then someone asks us what we do, and we get a case of verbal diarrhea. “I’m a voice actor.” “I do commercials and corporate stuff.” “Audiobooks, e-learning, animation. You know, a little of everything.” Technically, those answers may be accurate. They’re also safe, vague, and completely forgettable.
